This is the inaugural piece in the 'End in Mind' collection. I drew it sitting on mom's sofa with the iPad in my lap. I was exhausted and don't remember much about creating it except that at some point I looked up to stretch my neck and noticed the design in the plaster ceiling. I snapped a photo with my phone and added it to the lower left corner. Looking back, the emotion in this piece reflects the upheaval I was feeling at the time.
