Evening Paddle

The sun sets slowly as two paddlers revel in the serenity of the evening...after the heat of the sun has retreated and before the river is shrouded in darkness. In this post, we offer another glimpse into the original photos that became Evening Paddle.

These paddlers were almost out of the frame so the were carefully cut out and repositioned

This shot was flipped horizontally so the tree would enter from the left . The cables holding the suspension bridge were carefully removed. Sections of water were cut / pasted to cover the stones from an old bridge long gone.

Sunset reflected in murky still water was layered in for color
